What is ovulation and what does it mean to ovulate?
Ovulate means to release an egg. A women will release an egg every month about 2 weeks before her next period is due. When this will happen will depend on how many days there are between each of your periods. For women with 28-30 day cycles, you should expect to release an egg (ovulate) on cycle day 14-16.
