Too much of any vitamin can be bad, but the right amount of vitamin A is good for you. There is nothing dangerous about vitamin A in the diet while pregnant. You prenatal vitamin even has it in it.

No the concentration is too low to cause issues. The pipes should be clean of all solvent. You may simply smell the "newness" of the pipes with your pregnancy nose.

Eating non-food items can be a sign of a syndrome known as Pica. One should seek their doctor's advice if they are craving to eat or taste non-food items. Accidental ingestion of any of the listed will not hurt you or the baby, but I would stay away from lead paint or be tested for lead if you have exposed in high doses.

As long as you are not eating it in large amounts it will not affect either of you. If you are eatin git in larger amounts you may have pica, where you crave to eat things that are not food, and should see your doctor.
