What are your shipping & handling charges?
OvaTel is shipped Via:
USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation
USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or
USPS First class international.

Delivery Rates for US/Canada are as follows:
Shipping in the USA - Free Shipping. Arrives in 3 to 5 days.
Shipping in Canada - $6.95USD. Arrives in 3 to 7 days.

International Shipping & Handling
USPS First class international: $12.95USD
please note First Class can take 5-7 (business) days depending on Customs.

While every effort is made to ensure fast & correct delivery, Fertility Tech Inc./OvaTel is not responsible for lost, non- delivery or delivery to wrong address due to Postal Error or to Incorrect information submitted to us on ordering. All international orders are subject to Custom Inspection. Fertility Tech Inc. is not responsible for delays, duties or taxes imposed by Customs.

OvaTel offers a Lifetime Guarantee on MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ONLY.
(Material & Workmanship)

In the very rare event of a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at info@ovatel.com, where you will be given instructions on repairing or returing the defective unit. All original packaging must accompany returned unit. If a defect is found a replacement unit will be sent to you immediately.

For all other return requests (due to pregnancy, etc),we are unable to accept returns for sanitary reasons.
